To combat the rising abuse towards hospitality staff we launched a revolutionary new beer - Stella Please. It was the same as our usual, except it was £1 cheaper so those that asked for 'a Stella Please...', were rewarded for their good manners. It was so successful after its initial run that it was relaunched in over 800 pubs across the UK.
